Article 4 (Sales Contract)

Article 15 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
The User may not assign, transfer, or encumber their status under the user agreement or any rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 16 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of Japan. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

In the event of any dispute arising in relation to this Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
Supplementary Provisions: These Terms shall apply to all users from April 1, 2023.
