Article 4 (Sales Contract)

1. Within the Service, a sales contract is concluded when a User applies to the Company for purchase, and the Company notifies the User of its acceptance of the application. The ownership of the product will be transferred to the User when the Company hands the product over to the delivery service.

2. The Company may terminate the sales contract set forth in the previous paragraph without prior notice to the User if any of the following applies:

2. Delivery of the product cannot be completed due to an unknown address or prolonged absence.

3. Any other circumstances that the Company believes have damaged the trust relationship between the User and the Company.

3. The payment method, delivery method, cancellation of purchase application, or return method related to the Service shall be determined separately by the Company.

Article 16 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of Japan. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

2. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to this Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
