Returns, exchanges, and cancellations of orders

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted after an order has been completed, except in the case where the product or quantity arrives differently from the order, or if the product arrives defective.

Please note that we cannot accept any refunds if you return an order without notifying us, or if you return or cancel an order due to package refusal.

Handmade items may slightly vary from product to product. This is not a defect, as each product undergo a careful inspection before delivery. Please note that handmade products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products are eligible for return or exchange only in the following cases
・If the product you ordered is different from the item you received.
・The product is damaged, scratched, or discolored upon arrival.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send an email to astral.body@aww.tokyo with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and a photo of the damaged, scratched, or discolored item(s).

The following cases are not eligible for product returns or exchanges.
・If more than 8 days have passed since the product has been recieved
・If the product tag or label has been detached or lost.
・If the product has been used, washed, processed, etc. and is not in the same condition as when it arrived
・If the product has been exposed to strong odors (e.g., smoke)
・If the package is damaged, scratched, or lost.
・If the product is returned with the shipping slip attached directly on to the product package.
